Founded in 1995 as a non-profit arts organization under code 501(c)(3),
Lumière Ballet offers a Year Round Intensive Training Program and performing
opportunities  to serious students of various levels of training.

MISSION
We are committed to preserving the legacy of past generations, presenting
the great classical repertoire, creating new ballet works and striving
to uplift the human spirit through the beauty of dance.

All classes are taught by professional teachers and guest artists.
Our training program includes eight levels: introductory, primary,beginner,
intermediate, junior and senior advanced and the professional level.
Students also gain awareness of a wide variety of disciplines including music,
drama, history and painting.
Two fully staged ballets created by Venti Petrov with an all professional cast
have been premiered at the Baruch Performing Arts Center in Manhattan;
El Cid in 2011 and Dear Nadezhda in 2012

In partnership with The Town of Babylon Department of Recreation and Cultural
Affairs, romantic and classical ballets:Sleeping Beauty, Swan Lake, Giselle and

Coppélia were presented in the summer free to the Community at Tanner Park.

Lumiere Ballet brings educational  programs to schools K-12, presenting selection from the great classics and other dances.

The Annual Graduation Performance will be at Town Hall West in Islip, June 15, 2013 at 7 pm

Cinderella  will be performed at Tanner Park in Copiague Friday and Saturday  AUGUST 23 & 25 at 7:30 pm
